What Aptimeter collects
Registration requires your name, phone number, email, district and place, school or college, and trainer code before an assessment starts. Educational qualification is optional. We save registration details, a signed browser ownership identifier, the assigned trainer, registration dates and your privacy acknowledgement.
Why and who can see it
Registration details help your assigned trainer provide assessment guidance. The administrator can manage registrations; trainers can see only students assigned to them. Other trainers and anonymous visitors cannot view your registration.
Assessment answers and reports
Completed assessment answers and report language are saved with your registration so you, your assigned trainer and the administrator can reopen the report. Scores are calculated from the saved answers. A PDF you download is a separate copy under your control. Registration information is saved on the hosted site database until deleted; there is no automatic retention deadline configured.
Authentication and service providers
Hostinger runs this application and its MySQL database. Admin and trainer access uses application credentials; ChatGPT sign-in is not used. Trainer passwords are salted and hashed. Administrator passwords are configured as private server environment variables. The app limits repeated interactive login attempts.
Browser storage and tracking
A necessary signed browser cookie supports registration ownership. No admin or trainer passwords are saved in browser storage. The app caches only generic offline pages, styling, fonts and brand images. It does not cache API responses or student lists. Aptimeter adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and fonts load without third-party font requests. Hosting services may process operational data under their own policies.
WhatsApp verification
WhatsApp OTP delivery is not connected. No verification messages are sent by this app. If introduced later, its use and data sharing must be explained before activation.
Students and permissions
If you are registering for someone else, obtain the appropriate permission first. Younger students should involve their parent or guardian. Provide only the information needed for career guidance.
Contact and requests
For correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact the administrator at kiranpr85@gmail.com. If a trainer registered you using their account, ask them or the administrator to handle your request. Hosting backups or operational logs may remain subject to provider retention; deletion below removes the active registration, not copies already downloaded.
Manage registrations saved by this browser
Use the same browser used during registration. A signed, HttpOnly cookie identifies that browser for up to 180 days. Clearing cookies or changing browsers removes this self-service access; contact your trainer or administrator for assistance. You can download its saved registration details or permanently delete individual registrations. This does not delete downloaded PDFs.
EPKA counsellor registrations
When you register interest in the EPKA Certified Career Counsellor opportunity, we save your name, phone number, email, district, place, qualification and career counselling experience to process your interest and contact you. These applications are accessible only to authorised administrators, and are not shared with trainers or other visitors. Contact Aptimeter to request correction or deletion.
